JOROPI provides web development, system design, automation, and technical consulting services. All projects are governed by individual agreements between JOROPI and the client.
Each project will have a separate scope of work, timeline, and pricing agreed upon before work begins. Changes to scope may result in adjustments to timeline and cost.
Payment schedules are defined in individual project agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins with remaining balance due upon completion or at agreed milestones.
Upon full payment, all project deliverables and intellectual property rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
JOROPI's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
