Client Agreement

1. Scope of Work

The specific deliverables, timeline, and technical requirements will be outlined in a project proposal provided before work begins. Both parties must agree to the scope before development starts.

2. Communication

Regular updates will be provided throughout the project. The client is expected to provide timely feedback and approvals to maintain the agreed timeline.

3. Revisions

Each project includes a reasonable number of revisions as defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Deliverables

All source code, designs, and documentation will be delivered to the client upon project completion and full payment. Delivery method and format will be agreed upon in advance.

5. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support terms will be defined in the project proposal. Standard projects include 30 days of bug-fix support after deployment.

6. Cancellation

If the client cancels the project, payment is due for all work completed. If JOROPI cancels, a full refund of any unused deposit will be provided.

7. Agreement

By engaging JOROPI's services, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement and the accompanying Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
